A zip file will download to your computer, please open it and complete the questionnaire and then SAVE the file.

Best Beginnings
We advise all expectant mothers to register with Best Beginnings.
This Fraser Health program provides health services and information to support pregnant women with their pregnancy, and new mothers after the baby is born.
The program includes prenatal information, one-on-one support, breastfeeding classes, and referrals to community programs and services as needed.

TdaP – Pertussis vaccine
The SOGC recommends immunization to be provided ideally between 21 and 32 weeks of gestational age. Pertussis, aka whooping cough, is a transmissible respiratory infection caused by the Bordetella pertussis bacterium. Click here to read more
